- When I had ordered this textbook it was labeled as "spiral bound". Thus the four stars. The site has since then been updated. It is actually three hole punched "loose leaf". The textbook copy came with the required code for the online Total Access.
- When I purchased this book, I was under the impression that it came with the access code for the online content. When I recieved the book, it was in great condition, but the code had already been taken out. Since I am required to have access to the online materials for the course, I now need to find another way to gain access, or return this and buy another book, hoping the next one actually has the access code included.
